Facebook Manage Posts Feature
This feature lets you delete old posts and pictures in bulk. You cannot delete posts you didn’t create by yourself, i.e; posts you were tagged on. Rather, you can untag yourself from such posts and pictures.
Limitations of the Facebook Manage Posts feature
When selecting the posts to delete, make sure they were all created by you. Otherwise, you’ll only see an option to hide the posts/pictures and not to delete them.
To save yourself from the stress of trying to detect if you actually created a particular post or you were tagged by a friend. Simply click on the “You” option at the left of the active window. This will cause your browser to reload and you’ll be display all your personal posts and photos.
This way, you can easily delete all your outdated Facebook updates and photos. You also get to untag your profile from irrelevant tags.
Conclusion:
This feature is only available when you’re browsing Facebook from a computer system, either a desktop or laptop.
